The building is located in the popular area of the town - Budzhaka only 200m from the sea over famous for its virgin nature Paradise Bay. Budzhaka area extends south of Sozopol. There are three noses that jut out into the sea – Kolokita (place for diving), St. Stefan and Christ. This area is one of the most beautiful in the region. There the shore is high and below sea there are seen beautiful fjords. Just at the end of this area there is a small beach known as Seal Bay, because there lived monk seal. In the area is "Paradise Bay".
From the complex is opening a magnificent panorama to the sea and the Bay. The place is very quite and peaceful. . The building is located about 1 km from the famous attractions in "Lively street", where there are lots of restaurants, entertainment venues, shops, and one of the most - beautiful beaches on the southern coast - "Harmani". The complex is a short walk of about 1.5 km from the city center.
The building has four floors, situated on a terrace. On the first floor there is a laundry room and rooms for the tourists. Second, third and fourth floors are residential and include 10 suites and 9 studios. In front of the courtyard are: recreation area with tables, benches and umbrellas, children's playground and terraced gardens with greenery. The yard is paved with stone. The fence is made of stone and openwork part. In the back yard (behind the building) is the parking. In the surroundings of Sozopol the following campsites are situated: Kavatsite (The Poplars), Smokinya (The Fig), Veselie (The Joy), Gradina (The Garden) and Zlatna Ribka (The Goldfish).
They offer bungalows of different rates, caravan sites and clean, wide beaches. They are about 2-4 km away from the complex. The studio for sale is on the second floor. The studio consists of a living room - bedroom and kitchen – approximately 20 sq. m, bathroom – approximately 3 sq. m and an open terrace - approximately18.9 sq. m. The living area of the studio without balcony - 24.93 sq. m, common areas - 2.62 sq. m, Total Area - 27.55 sq. m., bright area on an outdoor terrace - 18.9 sq. m, area of the studio with an open terrace - 46.45 sq. m. The studio is completed with furniture: bedroom set with wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, fitted kitchen, fitted blinds and lighting.
Sozîpol is one of the most famous seaside towns in Bulgarian Black sea coast. It is part of the Bourgas province.The first name of the town was Apollonia. The town is one of the major seaside resorts in the country, known for the Apollonia art and film festival (which takes place in early September). The town of Sozopol is one of the oldest on Bulgarian Thrace’s Black Sea coast. Many anchors from the second and first millennium BC have been discovered in the town's bay, a proof of active shipping since ancient times.
Sozopol is located 35 km from the city of Bourgas and the airport of Sarafovo. The capital city of Sofia is 416 km away.
