Location
Complex is situated in Sunny beach resort, near the village of Kosharitsa - a small, quiet and beautiful ancient village. The village lies to the West of the beach, at the foot of the Balkan mountain range. Kosharitsa is a wonderful place for recreation, as it is situated in a very tranquil landscape, just 10 minutes from Sunny Beach - the biggest Black Sea resort. Burgas airport is approximately 25 minutes ride. The Sunny Beach is a wide semi-circular Bay, 8 km long, with its beautiful golden sandy beaches. It offers the possibility to practice different sports, beach volleyball, windsurfing, water sports, water ski, skydiving, walks on yachts and motor boats, and the Aqua Park, rent a bicycle, a horse riding school and mini golf. The resort Sunny Beach has more than 100 hotels and 130 restaurants. The historical town of Nessebar is only some miles away. Such resorts as Sveti Vlas and Pomorie are next door.

Complex consists of 19 luxurious two-and three-storey villas and a hotel with 35 apartments. The owners and their guests can enjoy: swimming pools, exquisite spa treatments, a fitness centre, restaurant and much more.
Square two-story villas from 103 to 113 sq. m., three-storey, from 141 to 153 sq. m. Each house consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own bathroom. A bathroom is on the first floor. Kitchen combined with a living room and a terrace adjacent to them.

Interior
The apartments consist of one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with electrical goods. The whole package of furnishing and equipment of "ready to use" is offered to our clients totally free. The Interior is sustained in an old traditional Bulgarian style. Living room lined with Italian tiles and granite. In bedrooms there is laminate flooring. The bathroom is fully equipped and has ceramic tiles. The apartments are with cable TV and Internet. All accommodations are equipped with fire alarms.
The villas are sold without furniture. We offer our customers three furniture packages at absolutely reasonable prices.
The maintain fee is 8 euro per sq. m. per year. VAT is not included.
Method of payment
The Villa can be reserved by paying the reservation fee (deposit) in the amount of Euro 2000. If the subsequent payments will not be realized, the reservation fee is non-refundable, but can be the key to purchase another property of our company.
